Browse the stalls, hear the school choir and meet Santa in his Grotto!
St Matthew’s Primary School pupils can book visits to Santa though the school. There are spaces for children who do not attend St Matthew’s during the following time slots:
Our thanks go to World of Books for their kind donation of Christmas books as gifts. We also donated books through our second-hand community bookshop, Brown Books.
Join us in High Town Methodist Church for refreshments and carols, before lighting the lanterns and walking to Burr Street Square for the official switch-on of the lights on High Town’s first Christmas tree.
For those wishing to make lanterns, Brown Books are hosting a workshop on Sunday 26 November, you can book for free or drop in. If we are full and you haven’t booked, you may have a little wait.
To add to the festive atmosphere, visitors will be able to enjoy mulled wine and mince pies in the Brickies, and hot chocolate and treats from Lagoa.
Christmas in High Town is organised by The High Town Community, with St Matthew’s Primary School and Luton Literature, and is supported by Luton Council Community Development and Step Forward Luton.
