Free books for Black History Month

We received a very generous donation of books earlier in the year by Trish Cooke, which we are giving to children for free to mark Black History Month. There are three books from the Hairy Tales series:

Jackson And The Hairstalk

The Puppet Who Wanted Hair

The three HairyTales books were written by British author Trish Cooke, illustrated by Angela Corbin and published by Woke Babies, UK subscription box and publisher providing culturally diverse educational resources for children to build an empowering educational movement.

Visitors to the shop can collect their free copies of the books during opening hours.
